These terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights, which always take precedence.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation, not when you pay.

We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we cannot obtain payment authorisation. If we decline after payment, we refund in full.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

If we discover a genuine pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm or cancel. We will not charge the higher price without your agreement.

Products

We describe our jackets as accurately as we can, including hide, thickness and garment measurements.

Leather is a natural material. Variation in grain, tone and marking between hides is inherent to it and is not a fault. Colour on screen may differ slightly from the jacket in your hands.

Made to Measure

Made to Measure is produced to the measurements you supply. We confirm them back to you in writing before cutting.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you give us. We are responsible for making the jacket to them. If we make an error against your figures, we remake it at our cost.

Made to Measure is non-returnable other than for faults — see the Refund Policy.

Liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for business losses.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, and if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
