Teams and Clubs

Ten jackets or more, made to one specification, with every wearer's own name and number on their own jacket. Clubs, university societies, sports squads, esports teams, car clubs, company teams — if you need a batch that matches, this is the route.

To put a number on it: fifteen jackets at £249, with initial and name on each, comes to £3,362 including the volume discount — against £4,410 buying them individually.

How it works

Send us the brief. Quantity, rough size split, the base jacket you want, and your artwork if you have it.
We quote within two working days. Fixed price, fixed lead time, in writing.
We send a digital proof. Your artwork on the actual jacket, front and back, before anything is cut. You approve it in writing.
50% deposit starts production. Balance is due before dispatch.
You send the name and number list. A spreadsheet is fine. We read it back to you before cutting.

Lead time

Team orders are dispatched in 5–7 weeks from artwork approval, not from order. If you have a fixed date — a tour, a season opener, a graduation — tell us at the brief stage and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it. We would rather decline than miss it.

Artwork

Vector is best: .ai, .eps, .svg or vector .pdf. If you only have a raster file we need it at 300dpi at final size — a logo pulled off a website will not reproduce in chenille or embroidery.

No artwork? Send us a rough sketch and a description. We will draw it up and include the first two revisions at no charge.

Sizing a group

The two things that go wrong on group orders are sleeve length and people guessing their size.

Varsity jackets are cut boxy with a rib hem and cuffs, which forgives a lot — but for orders over twenty-five we will send you a size set to try on (three sizes, returnable, refundable against the order). It costs us a fortnight and saves you a re-make.

Garment measurements are published for every size.

The honest bit

Team jackets are personalised, so they cannot be returned unless they are faulty or we have made an error against your written approval. That is why we proof everything twice and read your name list back to you.

If we get it wrong against what you approved, we remake it at our cost. If a wearer gives us the wrong size, we will make you a replacement at cost price rather than full price — it happens on nearly every large order and pretending otherwise helps nobody.
