Outside the UK
Prices exclude any import duty, tax or customs charge in the destination country. These are set by the destination and are payable by you. We cannot calculate them in advance and cannot refund them if you return an order.
If it doesn't arrive
Tell us. We will chase the carrier and, if it is genuinely lost, replace or refund it. You do not need to chase the courier yourself — that is our job.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address given at checkout. Please check it. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — before dispatch we can change it, after dispatch we usually cannot.
